In the last decade, California School of Culinary Arts has become one of the most well-known and respected culinary schools in the country. The California School of Culinary Arts campus offers a fine dining restaurant, café, and a retail store. Our school library is an important resource for students and culinary professionals alike and provides computers which allow students to do research over the Internet. There are also 30 teaching labs and 9 classrooms to accommodate our surging enrollment while maintaining smaller class sizes. The labs are equipped and designed for optimal efficiency, usability and comfort.

At the California School of Culinary Arts you'll receive practical, hands-on training and the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Diploma, an industry standard for excellence.
Courses are taught at succeeding levels under the technical guidance and close supervision of skilled Chefs. Students are encouraged to explore their own styles, creativity and cultural background.
Students in the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts associate degree program, and Patisserie progam will be taught classic French techniques combined with American technologies in professionally-equipped, modern kitchens.
