Get your culinary career on track with the Associate of Applied Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts.The program at TCA blends classical French cuisine with American inventiveness in a fast-paced 15-month period. At TCA, we know you need more than theory and technique. We offer students practical hands-on approaches to innovative methods and classical techniques. Students will be introduced to more than 25 foreign cuisines combined with a cross-cultural spirit. Our talented faculty offers more than 400 years of industry experience along with a true passion for the culinary field. TCA students learn from caring and experienced instructors. TCA students enjoy rigorous hands-on training that serves up both lab and general education coursework including Speech, English, Math, Psychology along with the necessary business management classes including Hospitality Supervision, and Food and Beverage Cost Control. Texas Culinary Academy students get practical experience in TCA’s own fine-dining restaurant, VENTANA. The objective is for students at TCA to learn what works in both the front and back of the house, as well as how it all works together! The staff and faculty at TCA are focused on assisting well-trained graduates to be placed quickly in the exciting career field of culinary arts.
